On lunch in South Korea

The school year starts in March in Korea and we just happened to get a new nutritionist. She's this short, teddy bear looking woman with the cutest smile. It's really irrelevant how nice she is, or that she smells like baked goods. What matters is if she's got the stuff, the chutzpah, the gall to satisfy the hunger of hundreds of students.

The answer;

Maybe.

Joseon Dynasty Dukboki, Tofu, Kimchi, Tomatoes, Rice and Fish Soup

See? Not so bad. Plus I heard that our school gets a fairly high budget for lunch menus so she can't really mess it up. Right? Right..

Much love,
xoxo Imani
